When my clients purchased this new construction home, it was a blank slate—lacking personality, warmth, and thoughtful design. I saw an opportunity to bring depth and character through intentional layering, textures, and custom elements.

 

One of my favorite transformations is the staircase—I envisioned striking custom paneling to turn it into a true statement feature. In the dining area, I designed a fluted dining table to seamlessly fit the slightly unusual layout, maximizing both function and style. To elevate the space further, the powder room got a full makeover with bold wallpaper.

 

The pop of color by painting all the interior doors brings the space together and makes it truly unique. Every detail was curated to transform this house into a home with soul and sophistication.
